Inspection or copies of Village records may be obtained with a Freedom of Information (FOI) request form and faxed to 847-540-1768 or emailed FOIA@volz.org. FOI form

3. Who is responsible/How can I report a pothole?

The area of Route 12 falls under the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) jurisdiction. We have reported all concerns to them as we receive the information from our residents regarding pot holes. Residents can call 847-705-4612 to report pothole damage. 5. Can I burn leaves in the Village of Lake Zurich?

No. Open burning is not allowed in the Village of Lake Zurich. The Village contracts with Waste Management for leaf/brush pickup in the Spring and Fall annually. More information...
